Infernal Mages are a level 66 NPC that can be found on the second floor of Slayer Tower. It has approximately 750. Even though, you would suspect it would be using magic attacks, you would still pray melee, when killing them. In order to do damage to these, you are going to need a slayer level of at least 35.
