The Corporeal Beast can very easily be one of the hardest bosses in SageScape, excluding Nex. With its ability to hit through prayer, and 20,000 constitution, you are definitely going to have a challenge on your hands taking down this foe. Since protection prayers do not work here, it is recommended that you use 'soul split'. In order to get to Corporeal Beast, you are going to have to use the command ::corp. This will teleport you right to the lair, with a banker right there. Corporeal Beast is known for dropping 'sigils'. Although they are extremely rare to get as a drop, they cost 1,600,000,000GP each. It also drops 'blessed spirit shields' which cost 1,000,000,000GP each.
